A quick 5 minute warm up on an incline treadmill or uphill walk. This will ensure that your muscles are warm and allow you to feel ready to start your circuit. Ensure you have a one of our Cute Shakers to hand filled with water as hydration is always important.
 
Work for 30s seconds on each exercise no rest between exercises.
A total of between 4 Rounds in total & Rest 45s/60s after each round.
